BILLIE PARRES Billie Parres (wife of the late Lew Parres) of the Northern Lights Manor and longtime resident of Flin Flon, Manitoba, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at the age of 93 years. Funeral services for Billie Parres will be held Friday, August 10, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. from the Northminster Memorial United Church, 250 Bracken Street, Flin Flon, Manitoba, with the Reverend Greg Parker and the Reverend Ina Golaiy officiating. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Northern Neighbors Foundation, Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, Safe Haven, all care of Northern Rainbow's End, 55 Main Street, Flin Flon, Manitoba, R8A 1J7, or to the Lew Parres Memorial Scholarship (for the advancement in the field of geology), P.O.
